The Carlotz project was a 20,000 square foot office build-out within a building built in the 1940’s. The requirements of the build-out emphasized acoustics as over 100 office workers were scheduled to occupy this space. Multi layers of sheetrock were installed at Offices in this effort as well as over $100,000 of acoustical panels which were spread out in the ceilings to absorb sound. We had to cut trenches in the concrete floors to provide additional Restrooms and a new Kitchen/Breakroom which included all new Cabinets and Countertops. Storefront Offices, Huddle Rooms, a Receptionist Desk and a Large Conference Room were also added to the space.
