Our principals have been together since 2005 and bring over 150 years of combined construction experience, including tenure at several large regional and national firms.
They are extremely dedicated to personal involvement with each and every client and the progress it represents for the greater Richmond community. Innovation has always driven us to improve our methods of administering projects by developing computer-based tracking systems.
Our latest technological enhancement has been to subscribe to a web-based project management system. All project participants will have access to on-line project information and communication from any location by computer, tablet and even mobile phone.
Snead attended VMI and is a University of Richmond graduate in addition to being a life-long Richmonder. His over 45 years experience in commercial general construction includes estimating, field operations, project management and executive management. He has completed a wide array of renovation and new construction projects in multiple geographic markets throughout Virginia within healthcare, education, retail, office, sports and recreation markets.
David, a Richmond area native, offers over 35 years of experience in commercial general construction in estimating, field operations, project management and executive components. His background includes a strong mix of both renovation/historical initiatives as well new construction, and he has supervised a wide range of projects including universities, office, sports / recreation, healthcare, hospitality, and retail. His vast construction knowledge, paired with his calm demeanor has served him well in maintaining long-term relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors.
Bill has managed preconstruction, project management, field operations and financial components during his 40 year career with experience in general, mechanical and electrical construction. He has delivered projects in both the commercial and industrial markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Commercial projects include hospitals, K-12 and higher education, laboratories, and office buildings. Industrial projects include pharmaceutical, chemical, paper and power plants. Bill is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia. He has been a western Henrico County resident for over 30 years.
Along with the rest of Trent, Hunter brings over 30 years of general construction experience in project administration, accounting, marketing and office management. A William and Mary graduate, she has spent significant time with one of the largest general contractors and one of the largest mechanical/electrical contractors in Virginia.
